Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and refunds only if the product received is damaged or defective from our end. To initiate a refund, an unboxing video and clear photographs must be shared on the same day of delivery. Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for size and colour only. The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags intact.

Tags have been removed
No unboxing video is available
The request is raised after 24 hours
The item was purchased on sale or at a discount
The piece was custom or made-to-order

Ready pieces — delivered within 7–10 working days
Custom or made-to-order pieces — delivered within 10–12 working days

We do not rush what is made by hand. Every extra day is a stitch done right.

A tracking link will be shared once your order is dispatched
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be visible at checkout
Deliveries are attempted twice please ensure someone is available to receive the order

Occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, festivals, or extreme weather conditions. We will keep you informed if your order is affected.
